The Aliens


you may not believe it

but there are people Charles Bukowski

who go through life

with very little friction of distress

they dress well
,
sleep well they are contented with their family
life

they are undisturbed and often feel

very good

and when they die

it is an easy death
,
usually in their sleep

you may not believe it

but such people do exist

but I am not one of them

oh no, I am not one of them
,
I am not even near to being one of them

but they are there and I am here

Oh, thou fair Moon, so close and bright;

زیبایی تو قلب و جانم را تسخیر می کند

آه، تو ای ماه زیبا که نزدیکی و روشن

زیباییت من را مثل کودکی می سازد

که بلند گریه می کند تا نورت را ازآن خودش سازد

کودکی که دستهایش را باز می کند

تا تو را به گرمی به سـ*ـینه اش فشار دهد



اگرچه پرندگانی هستند که در این شب می خوانند

در حالیکه پرتوهای سفید تو گلوهاشان را روشن کرده است

بگذار سکوت عمیق من برایم سخن گوید

بیش از آنچه نغمه های شیرینشان برای آنها می گوید

کسی که می پرستدت تا زمانی که موسیقی پایان گیرد

برتر از بلبلان توست.

رویاها را محکم بچسب،

که رویاها اگر بمیرند

زندگی پرنده ایست

شکسته بال و درمانده

که رویاها وقتی نباشند

برفپوش و یخزده
تو بی گمان مقدسی .......
باید تو را همیشه به دقت نگاه كرد
یعنی نه سرسری، سر فرصت نگاه كرد

خاتون! بگو كه حضرت خالق خودش تو را
وقتی كه آفرید چه مدت نگاه كرد

هر دو مخدرند كه بیچاره می كنند
باید به چشم هات به ندرت نگاه كرد

هر كس نظاره كرد تو را دلسپرده شد
فرقی نمی كند به چه نیت نگاه كرد

عارف اگر برای تقرب به ذات حق
زاهد اگر برای ملامت نگاه كرد

تو بی گمان مقدسی و كور می شود
